  1. “I need help placing an order”

    If you need help placing your order, please send us an Instagram DM and we will process the order for you.

Products

  1. “What if the item I want is out of stock?”

We’re always restocking our products and updating our website—so check back at a later time! You can also provide your email address on the product page of the item you want to purchase, and we’ll notify you once it’s back in stock. All you need to do is check your inbox. Sometimes you can also pre-order the item directly.

  1. “What is your product sizing details?”

    All of our products are over-sized and unisex. Consider taking your regular size for a relaxed fit or size down for a more-fitted look. Either way you will look your best. For a more detailed size chart please check our Instagram highlights for individual products.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. “How long does delivery take?”

    Delivery takes 2-3 Business Days for orders placed in Cairo & Alex! For orders in other governorates please allow 3-5 business days. We offer same delivery in Cairo & Giza for a 30 EGP additional charge.

- Canal: 80 EGP
- Upper Egypt, Red Sea & Matrouh: 105 EGP
  1. “Can I track my order?”

Yes, you can track your order thorough the text message you received from our shipping partner. Additionally, you can also get in touch with us.

 Exchange & Returns

  1. “What is your exchange/return policy?”

You can return or exchange unsuitable items within 3 days of receipt for a different size, store credit or refund. If you wish to return or exchange your order, please get in touch with us via e-mail at contact@haze-apparel.com. Items must be unworn, unwashed, have all tags attached and in original packaging. Exchanges and Returns will be charged standard delivery.
